You can choose a plan to cover you or your whole family. Membership for an individual is $80 per year. If you add a family member it is $100. Children up to the age of 26 are included with no extra charge.
Purchase plan and print your discount card
You will receive an email which will contain your discount card and membership info. Just print and call a provider in HNA's Discount Dental Plan Network.
Schedule your initial visit and start saving money today
Call a provider in our network and schedule your visit. Present your Discount Card and pay only the price on the HNA fee schedule. If you have other insurance the provider can file your claim for you.
